30 day risk free trial-Individuals that purcahase an Advantage membership may cancel their membership for a full refund anytime within 30 days of purchase. If a request to cancel was not received withn 30 days, a refund will not be issued. Cancelation requests can be made by the following methods:
Email customerservice@daycareadvantage.com with subject "Cancel Membership". Be sure to include ful name, address,and phone number used during registration. Failure to provide this information may result in inability to provide the refund.

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO PURCHASED AN ADVANTAGE PLUS MEMBERSHIP AND LATER REALIZED THERE WAS NOT A PARTICIPATING DAYCARE IN WHICH HE/SHE WAS INTERESTED. POTENTIAL MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO THOROUGH RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING A MEMBERSHIP CHOICE.
