Refund Policy

 

  • We are 110% committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience any problems with any aspect of our program, please Contact Us immediately. We will make every effort to resolve the matter!
  • Members or inquiries regarding any of the following programs should use the contact info below: iCare for Families, iCare for Education, iCare for Childcare, or Daycare Advantage
  • 30 day risk free trial-Individuals that purcahase an Advantage membership may cancel their membership for a full refund anytime within 30 days of purchase. If a request to cancel was not received withn 30 days, a refund will not be issued. Cancelation requests can be made by the following methods:
  • Email customerservice@daycareadvantage.com with subject "Cancel Membership". Be sure to include ful name, address,and phone number used during registration. Failure to provide this information may result in inability to provide the refund.
  • Please contact us at (856) 832-0644 or e-mail us at refunds@DaycareAdvantage.com if you have further questions regarding this.
  • REFUNDS WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO PURCHASED AN ADVANTAGE PLUS MEMBERSHIP AND LATER REALIZED THERE WAS NOT A PARTICIPATING DAYCARE IN WHICH HE/SHE WAS INTERESTED. POTENTIAL MEMBERS ARE ENCOURAGED TO DO THOROUGH RESEARCH BEFORE MAKING A MEMBERSHIP CHOICE.
  • Your payment for membership constitutes an agreement to be bound to this policy.
